This foundational experience positioned him as a unique hybrid expert bridging marketing acumen with technical mastery in machine learning and social data intelligence.
For over a decade, Shawn has delivered mission-critical digital transformation solutions to industry leaders including L'Oréal, Procter & Gamble, and BMW. His expertise encompasses building AI-powered social listening architectures, designing self-optimizing content ecosystems, and implementing executive-level social data command centers – all tailored to decode complex cross-cultural consumer narratives and drive data-led boardroom decisions.
